PROGRAMS COORDINATOR
JOB DESCRIPTION
100cameras seeks applicants for a responsible Coordinator in an Independent Contractor role to support our Programs department. Your job will be to provide clerical and administrative support to the Director of Programs and to coordinate administrative activities throughout the department. The ideal candidate can commit 20 hours per week of work for at least 1 year, with the ability to grow toward a full-time role in the future.
The Coordinator should be highly organized. All tasks are managed within Trello, Google Drive, and Dropbox. Main tasks include managing paperwork and materials, booking meetings and events, managing organizational structures and files within Dropbox, Google Drive, etc., basic website updates, and research. The coordinator must be well organized and able to balance a variety of projects at once without sacrificing deadlines. The ideal candidate has 2+ years experience as an Office Administrator/Coordinator, or in a relevant administrative role.
Ultimately, a successful Coordinator should be able to ensure our Programs department procedures and systems run smoothly, with direct guidance from the Director of Programs.
CORE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Book meetings and support scheduling with Program partners
Maintain internal databases
Prepare regular reports and presentations
Maintain Dropbox filing system for data/information regarding Program partners
Maintain ongoing records of Programs’ impact and reach
Collect government registration materials from all Program partners
Organize, store and print company documents as needed
Handle queries from manager and teammates
Build web pages and draft blog posts using Squarespace
Manage electronic documents and signatures using HelloSign
Build and maintain spreadsheets using Google Sheets
Administer pre-program and mid-program surveys
Collect all final materials after Program completion
Conduct global internet research to identify potential Program partners

QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience as an Administrator/Coordinator or in a relevant role
Familiarity with office equipment, including printers, scanners, filing systems
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal, writing and interpersonal communications skills
A commitment to time-management, organization, details, and integrity of content
Ability to produce under deadlines
Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
Ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with a fast-paced and passionate team

MARKETING COORDINATOR
JOB DESCRIPTION
100cameras seeks applicants for a Marketing Coordinator in an Independent Contractor role to support existing marketing projects, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
The 100cameras team focuses on growing our existing community and engaging new supporters by smartly using digital marketing to reach and inspire them to join our mission and model. We create thoughtful and compelling written, multimedia, and graphic design content that are used in key email newsletters, social media, photography products, podcasts, website, and blogs that help raise awareness, engagement, and to ultimately uplift and amplify the perspectives of youth worldwide.
The position will partner with Marketing’s stakeholders and team members to support a wide range of functions, including communications, project management, digital marketing, and social media. The marketing coordinator must be well organized and able to balance a variety of projects at once without sacrificing deadlines.
CORE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Produce a range of marketing projects that directly increase the awareness and impact of programs, youth participants’ photo stories, local partner organizations, and the 100cameras platforms
Assist and support content creation for social media, website, blogs, email newsletters; including crafting strategy, drafting content, basic creation and editing of graphics, and publishing posts. Create and maintain a publishing calendar in coordination with the 100cameras Programs and Development departments
Identify high-impact opportunities to increase the visibility of our model and impact, and to generate email list and social media audience growth
Guide and advise on effective and engaging opportunities to maximize visibility for 100cameras work
Track and monitor the success of social media and online engagement initiatives towards achieving key goals. Track data and perform analysis where necessary. Provide recommendations and feedback where appropriate
Create and implement online advertising strategies, including social media advertising and advertising on other digital platforms
Various marketing-related administrative tasks, special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned

2 years minimum of experience producing content; Such as for professional social media profiles on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn and marketing strategies such as website, blogs, email newsletters
Experience using and evaluating existing and emerging social media platforms
Familiarity with a broad range of social media strategies
Basic experience with graphic design elements
